Touchstone Energy® Homes qualify for Dual Fuel or geothermal rebates and water heaters. A Touchstone Energy Home (new or improved and manufactured) can have a Dual Fuel heat pump or geothermal system installed. In all cases, the home can qualify for an electric water heater. Dual Fuel or Geothermal homes can receive $200 for the whole home, plus $200 per ton. If a home meets the Touchstone Energy® Home standards, rebates are paid on the following schedules:
