CAEC supports continuing education through the Electric Cooperative Foundation Scholarship Program each year. Graduating high school seniors in CAEC’s service area are eligible to compete for two, $500 scholarships.
The program, established in 1997, awards scholarships to dependents of members of participating electric cooperatives. Granted only to graduating high school seniors, the student must attend a four-year college, a junior college, a technical school or vocational school of the scholarship recipient's choice provided that such school is an accredited institution.
